Brisbane-based NITE FIELDS are to release their new single through Lost Race Records on November 17th. Recorded and mixed entirely by themselves, Vacation’s sparse drums clatter behind a whirl of synths and eerie, ever-so-slightly detuned guitars, the low, intoned vocals recalling Faris Badwan at his broodiest, before an extended instrumental section arrives, midway through, in which the multiple layers of noise spill over into something quite entrancing.
