Bleary-eyed psych-pop trio WEIRD DREAMS have made a collection of bonus tracks – left off of recent debut album Choreography - available for download on a “pay-what-you-want” basis. From the soaring, Grizzly Bear-esque harmonies of Hypnagogic Lullaby to the jangling, glimmering guitars of Birthday Blues, Found achieves, in just four tracks, an effect so irresistibly summery as to conquer the dreary weather of late with consummate ease.
Released through Tough Love Records, the compilation intersperses its atmosphere of wistful nostalgia with sudden flashes of Horrors-y psychedelia, and is all the more impressive considering the extraneous nature of the songs included. Listen and download below.
